Our after-sales services are provided via the international standard support which is certified to the ISO 9001:2015. We have three (3) support types of Service Level Agreement (SLA) to help your organization grow.






In each support agreement, there are three (3) options which you can choose based on your operation requirement.
1. Service Only: Only support and fix issues.
2. Service & Part Backup: Support and fix issues. If cannot be fixed, part to backup will be offered temporarily.
3. Service & Part Replacement: Support and fix issues. If cannot be fixed, parts to be replaced will be offered.
