About the Role

The Recruitment & Training Executive is responsible for supporting the organization’s talent acquisition and employee development initiatives. This role manages recruitment activities to attract qualified candidates and coordinates training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.
  • Work closely with the Senior HR Executive and department heads to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions, recruitment records, and candidate databases.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.
  • Assist in planning and organizing internal training programs and employee development activities.
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external training providers for skill development programs.
  • Maintain training records, employee learning data, and training evaluation reports.
  • Support HR initiatives related to talent development, workforce planning, and employee capability improvement.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or training and development.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniques.
  • Experience coordinating training programs or employee learning initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or recruitment platforms is an advantage.

Working Days and Hours
  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Lunch Break: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
