ATM Support Engineer

 1. Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Strong commitment, honest and perfection in work 
  •  Provide timely and professional maintenance and implement of ATM projects nationwide and overseas
  • Monitor recurring scheduling of preventive maintenance
  • Monitor case aging to ensure problems are under control and resolved on time and write reports to direct supervisor and customers
  • Monitor shift standby in the city and provinces
  •  Must commit to certify the certificates require for the work
  •  Be on time in providing the complete service ticket to call center team
  • Be pro-active, friendly and professional in providing services support to customers
  • Be able to provide support 24/7 to the team and customers
  2. Qualification & Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related fields
  • At least 1 or 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Must be able to learn new things and honest
  • Highly self-motivate and hard working
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with others and maintain good relationships with them
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst remaining effective and obtain efficient results
  • Good command of English language

3. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
