About the Role

Application Specialist is responsible for the support of implementation, and optimization of Business Applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.). This role focuses on ensuring that the enterprise systems are configured, integrated, and customized to meet business and client requirements.

 Key Responsibilities

• Application Support & Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS and other applications).
• Customization & Configuration: Modify and enhance application features to align with business requirements.
• User Training & Support: Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and user training for business teams.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualification & Experience

• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRMS and their customization capabilities.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Understanding of Basic Accounting principles and financial processes.
• Knowledge of Business Processes and Solution Capabilities.
• Familiarity with SDKs and Customization Capabilities of enterprise applications.
• Data Analytics skills to leverage business insights.
• Experience or having knowledge in web development with PHP/jQuery/Ajax and interface design.
• Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical teams and business users.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality support and service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.

Working Days and Hours

• Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Lunch Break: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
