System Support Engineer Internship-Summary

A Systems Support Engineer Internship is responsible to generally focuses on assisting experienced engineers with various tasks, learning about system architecture and maintenance, and gaining practical experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The intern will often be involved in documenting system configurations, performing basic maintenance, and providing technical support to internal teams or clients.

1. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working with team support, and implementation
• Professionalism proactive and reactive support to team and customers
• Keep customer more satisfaction on company’s services
• Able to work overtime, weekend, holiday as company need.
• Install and configure enterprise hardware (Server and Storage) regardless vendors
• Experience with Windows Servers, virtualized servers (Hyper-V, VMWare and KVM so on etc.
• Experience with Install and configure UNIX, Linux
• Be genuine passion for new technology
• Any tasks assigned by supervisor/director

• 2. Qualification & Requirement:

• At least year 3 or Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related file
• Able to work under pressure and willing to learn new things
• Has basic knowledge service storage hardware 
• Has basic knowledge on virtualize technologies
• Good in interpersonal communication
• Good in English writing, listening and speaking
• Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation and team spirit. 

⏰ Working Days and Hours:

• Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm

• Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
